California is “Hands-free” baby….

California went “hands-free” on July 1st which means you can no longer talk on the phone with your cell phone to your ear but you can talk on the phone with the help of a “hands-free” device. The crazy part about all this is that it’s legal to text message someone while driving! Uh…that take two hands to do, duh! Honestly, I find it more distracting trying to get my “hands-free” device to sync with my phone while driving then I every did just talking on the phone. This law is stupid.
